Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Here's what you need to know about rescheduling or cancelling.

We completely understand that life happens, and plans can change. While we do our best to be flexible, late cancellations and no shows can have a significant impact on our team and business.

Cancellation Notice

To help manage this, we will now be taking a 25% booking deposit when booking your next service. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your next service.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or you don't show up, this deposit will be used to cover the missed booking and be non-refundable.

We Understand

If you're feeling unwell, we completely understand. If it is unavoidable and your health comes first. In these cases, we're happy to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else that may be on a wait list.
