Booking Policy
Everything you need to know about booking your appointment at Krop Hair.
These prices are a guide only; for all hair different in length, thickness, and condition prices may vary based on need. This also depends on which stylist you are booked with. If extra time or product are needed prices will be subject to change.
Krop Hair is happy to do adjustments within a two-week period following your appointment, our goal is for you to love your hair. Beyond this two-week period full charges will apply.
How to Book
You can book your appointment online through our booking system or by calling us directly at (07) 3324 8410. We recommend booking in advance, especially for colour services, to secure your preferred time slot.
Appointment Deposits
For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.
Running Late?
If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but significant delays may require rescheduling to ensure all clients receive the time and attention they deserve.
